At this point of the year, most have actually forgotten about their target goals.
Do we look down on those who believe in resolutions?
i think its up to you to decide what is right for "YOU". Most have set resolutions and they feel like they have failed. Failure is an option if you do not determine the magnitude of your resolutions.
Keep them simple and realistic, if you plan on loosing weight, try gauge how much you are loosing and do not set a target weight loss. That way you will not feel like it is far fetched to reach your goal, but in the latter, you will acknowledge your efforts and monitor your weight loss not your target.
